Holy Crap....if you are even thinking of eating your kids Halloween Candy…You might want to re-think it...Guess how much you are going to have to work out to burn it off?

If you eat 1 fun sized pack of Skittles -  you will need to run for about 5 minutes to burn off the calories. 

Peanut M&Ms.  One fun size pack - 8 minutes of running, 6 minutes of swimming, 16 minutes on a bike, or 11 minutes lifting weights.

Tootsie Rolls.  Five of them equal about 9 minutes of running, 8 minutes of swimming, or 20 minutes on a bike.

Three Musketeers.  If you have two fun sized bars = 10 minutes of running, or about 22 minutes on a bike.

Starburst.  8 have 160 calories = 12 minutes of running, or 28 minutes on a bike.

Butterfingers.  2 of the small ones pack about 170 calories = wh13-minute jog, a 12-minute swim, 30 minutes on a bike, or 20 minutes lifting weights.

Hershey's Kisses.  If you have 10, that's over 200 calories and 12 grams of fat =  16 minutes of running, 14 minutes of swimming, or 35 minutes on a bike.

Kit Kats.  2 fun sized bars have 210 calories, 11 grams of fat, = 16 minutes on a treadmill, or 37 minutes on bike.

--A Halloween-sized bag of Sour Patch Kids also has about 210 calories....WHAT???

Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.  5 of the MINI ones, that's about 220 calories = 17-minute jog, a 15-minute swim, 39 minutes on a bike, or 26 minutes lifting weights.
