Man accused of stabbing relatives at St. Joseph’s Hospital

TAMPA, Fla. (970 WFLA)- A man visiting an ailing relative was arrested Sunday and accused of stabbing two cousins in the parking lot of St. Joseph’s Hospital, according to the Tampa Police Department.

Jose Sarria, 20, faces three counts of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and one count of tampering with a witness, according to the Hillsborough County Jail website.

About 4:10 p.m., Sarria was visiting a family member at St. Joseph’s Hospital, 3001 W. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. During the visit, Sarria became irate and had to be removed from the hospital and taken to the facility’s north parking lot by relatives. Click Here to read more at TBO.com.
