Largo, Fla.-(970 WFLA)-A jury has found Jennifer Mee guilty of first degree murder. The jury deliberated for four hours before returning the verdict againt the "hiccup girl."
Known for her long bout with the hiccups, Mee was one of three defendants in the murder of 22 year-old Shannon Griffin. Laron Raiford has already been convicted and another man is yet to face trial.
During the trial, the prosecution said Mee lured Griffin to a Saint Pete home to buy pot. The three then robbed Griffin. Griffin was shot and killed when things got out of hand.
Mee had also claimed the shooting had something to do with a love triangle. Mee was said to be involved with Raiford and Griffin.
