Grady Judd Announces Arrests In Human Trafficking Case

BARTOW, Fla. (970 WFLA) - Polk County sheriff's deputies have arrested two Orlando men, accused of running a prostitution enterprise.

48-year-old Michael Kempfer and 22-year-old Montavious Postell are charged with human trafficking.  Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd says they pimped out a 15-year-old girl to make money.

The arrests are the result of an investigation that began in May when the sheriff's office conducted a prostitution sting operation.

Judd says Kempfer was already in jail and Postell, known as "King" on the street, was busted in Tampa this week.

"Make sure that King goes to prison.  And an Ace always trumps a King, and our guys 'aced' him last night," said Judd.
