TAMPA, Fla. (DOT NEWS RELEASE) - Just after 6:30 p.m. Monday, the right lane was closed between West Shore Boulevard and Lois Avenue to make additional repairs to the asphalt in that area. Crews are in the process of closing the middle lane as well right now. One or both of these lanes are expected to be closed the majority of this evening, as more permanent repairs are made than could be done this afternoon.
The goal is to have all lanes opened by 5:30 a.m. (normal ending time) at the latest. With rain expected before then, the more immediate goal is to have repairs completed before rain starts in this area.
